This year marks a very special milestone for us – our 45th anniversary of serving the Roanoke Valley.

In 1980, my dad and my uncle, Cline, started this business with a commitment to honest work, quality materials, and taking care of customers like family.

I joined in 1989, thinking it might just be a short-term job. But thanks to Cline’s patient mentoring, I soon realized this was my calling. He not only taught me the technical side of plumbing, but also the importance of customer service – doing the job right the first time, treating people with respect, and using materials that last.

When Cline passed in 2005, I took on the responsibility of carrying forward his legacy. It has been my honor to continue serving our community, guided by the same high standards he set.

I am deeply grateful for our skilled and dedicated employees, and for our loyal customers who have trusted us with their homes and businesses. You are the reason we’ve reached this milestone.
