Q: What are your regular service hours?

A: Standard service hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours we may have emergency service available (please call to ask).

Q: Do you have a discount for senior citizens?

A: Yes, we do. Simply ask about it when you call for service.

Q: Do you take credit cards?

A: Yes, we do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Since 1980… over 40 years now.

Q: Are your technicians well qualified (how many years)?

A: Our technicians are trained formally as well as regular in-house training. Each complete Apprenticeship Training locally & has trained under a Master Plumber. They must also pass pre-hire background checks and drug testing & continue to pass random drug testing. Their experience ranges from a minimum of 3 years to over 20 years.

Q: Will your technicians be careful in my home?

A: Absolutely! Not only do all our technicians have years of service experience… they wear Floor Saver shoe covers to to help protect your floors. We also lay down runners to protect tile and other flooring.

Q: Can I get a plumber today?

A: In most cases, yes!
